LATEST NEWS: Wolsingham Wayfarers AGM 2024
Wolsingham Wayfarers will hold their Annual General Meeting at the Charles Attwood Club, 7PM, Wednesday 8th May.
The meeting will include an overview of activities including updates on the work carried out to maintain the network of footpaths in the Wolsingham & Thornley Parish, our monthly free guided walk schedule, and the promotion of walking in the area.
The meeting is open to members of the public and is a good opportunity to learn about the work we do to encourage walking in Wolsingham, and an opportunity for anyone considering getting involved in any aspect of the Wayfarers’ work to meet the team.

Wolsingham Wayfarers AGM 2023
The Wolsingham Wayfarers annual general meeting took place at 7pm on June 14th in Wolsingham Methodist Church. During the meeting, several changes were made to the Executive Committee. Dr. Michael Newton stepped down from the role of Chairman, and Gillian Calvert stepped down as Secretary. Both Gill and Mike have tirelessly supported the Wolsingham Wayfarers Charity for many years and will continue this support by remaining on the Charity's committee. Following a nomination process, Andrew Marshall was appointed Chairman, and David Towndrow was appointed Secretary. John Stephenson was appointed Interim Treasurer (the role vacated by Andrew Marshall's move to Chairman).
